Job Title: Solution Manager  
 
Position Overview:
GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is adding a Solution Manager to our team!  This is a full-time position, anticipated to commence as soon as qualified applicants are identified.  

As a Solution Manager, your responsibilities will include collecting business and customer requirements and creating and executing the product strategy and roadmaps to deliver SaaS products for our growing business.

Responsibilities

    • Own product requirements, and roadmaps for products on our platform, as well as enhancements to our existing Coding and Auditing products to meet changing market and competitive needs
    • Translate product strategy into requirements and work with the development team to develop the requirements.
    • Use market research to get ideas for products that customers will want
    • Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market  
    • Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them to into product requirements
    • Manage the product backlog and prioritize an extensive, detailed, client and user-centric backlog of product feature requirements
    • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
    • Developing user stories
    • Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements
    •  Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the features and benefits of our products
    • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
    • Assist with the creation of impactful product presentations, reports, and dashboards.
    • Work with the sales team to help develop sales artifacts to assist them with selling the product.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management and/or closely related field and progressively responsible related experience to include at least three (3) years in supervisory capacity
    • 5+ years of product experience, preferably with SaaS products with a track record for building software that is easy to use with exceptional user experience
    • Previous successful Manager or Director level experience in hospital and/or academic hospital/health system environment with an EMR strongly preferred
    • Understanding of HIM processes in an electronic health record environment with ability to research, design, and implement best practices
    • Advanced knowledge of The Joint Commission, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and DNV requirements related to information management and medical record documentation and content; proficiency in interpreting and implementing measures to comply with these requirements
    • Ability to effectively interpret and apply organizational policies, procedures, and systems
    • Ability to handle multiple complex assignments
    • Demonstrated knowledge of multi-department and cross-functional project planning, project management and change management
    • Ability to identify and resolve problems of varying degrees of complexity using strong analytical and logic skills
    • Ability to troubleshoot, isolate, and lead resolutions of issues
    • Advance knowledge of compiling and reporting statistical data
    • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with direct reports, corporate leadership, and hospital/medical staff leadership
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
