Customer Service Representative - Full Time 

GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in making a positive impact on members' lives by acting as a first point of contact for questions about our products and service offerings. As a CSR, you will work diligently to resolve member concerns while ensuring requests are processed in an accurate and timely manner.  CSR are given a structured protocol and scripts to document conversations in order to ensure consistency of scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to speak with members on a daily basis and answer their transportation questions, all while helping support them in their journey towards positive health outcomes.

This is a remote role and will commence immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and documents customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct
  • Handle 80+ calls per day
  • Ensure accurate trip data is logged
  • Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation and resolution 
  • Communicates professionally and effectively with clients and GeBBS corporate staff

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree
  • Minimum 6+ months contact center experience or customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry required 
  • Candidates must have excellent time management skills, be highly organized, self-motivated, and be able to work under strict timelines with minimal day-to-day supervision
  • Representatives must have an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, remaining flexible, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Candidates must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
